Reservations & Payments

• A booking advance of ₹1,500 per room is required at the time of reservation to confirm the booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Applicable GST will be charged in accordance with the Government of India regulations.
• The hotel reserves the right to release unconfirmed bookings without prior notice.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 12:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
• Hard stains, misuse, or damage to linens and towels will incur charges equal to the replacement cost.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of misconduct.

Visitor Policy

• Visitors are permitted in designated common areas only.
• Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms.

Pet Policy

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and enclosed areas.
• Penalty charges may apply for violations.

Liability

• Urban Comforts is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural events, government restrictions, etc.).

Amendments

• The hotel reserves the right to modify rates, policies, and terms at any time without prior notice.

Direct Website & Phone Bookings

• Free cancellation is allowed if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will be treated as a 'No-Show'.
• In such cases, the booking advance (₹1,500 per room) is non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

OTA Bookings

• For reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.), the cancellation and refund policy of the respective platform shall apply.

Early Departure

• If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, retention charges may apply.
